Our Aim

Our aim is to provide an engaging, individual-centred approach that supports the development of neurodiversity awareness, inclusion and specific needs.

At Diversia we equip learners, adults and organizations with tools, training, and resources that enhance knowledge, skills, and long-term performance in education and the workplace.

Our Vision

We envision a world where neurodivergent perspectives are fully valued and embraced for the unique contribution they offer, and where society is so inclusive that neuro-differences blend effortlessly into the fabric of daily life, rather than being viewed as a limitation.

About me

Catherine founded Diversia in 2025, to provide a ‘one-stop shop’ for building and supporting neurodiversity inclusion. She is a passionate advocate for neurodiversity and believes that everyone can thrive in school, work and life when their differences are recognised, valued and accepted.

Having received a dyslexia diagnosis herself whilst at university, and with two adult children who are neurodivergent, Catherine understands neurodiversity both through her own lived experience and through her extensive work with individuals across a range of neurodivergent conditions and learning differences.

Before setting up Diversia, Catherine worked at the British Dyslexia Association as the Head of Accredited Training, where her role involved developing and expanding the training service, including short courses, practical teacher training and postgraduate level programmes in dyslexia and neurodiversity.

Since training to be a dyslexia specialist, she has worked in Higher Education as the manager of a Needs Assessment Centre, a dyslexia adviser and study skills tutor. She has worked in schools, prison education and mental health services, as a SENDCo, specialist teacher, adviser and assessor. She has also been a lecturer for the University of Brighton and Canterbury Christ Church University in special educational needs and inclusion, inclusive and assistive technology, and dyslexia.
